As our quality of life continues to improve, but due to increasing industrial pollution, water pollution is also very serious, we need to drink pure and healthy water, need to be treated with reverse osmosis treatment system can rest assured use.

At present, there are many kinds of water treatment equipment, and the effect of each kind of equipment is not the same. According to its performance, water treatment capacity and the different filter, can be divided into many types. Water treatment equipment can effectively remove impurities and bacteria in the water, to ensure the safety of our drinking water.

Reverse osmosis is a process that removes foreign contaminants, solid substances, large molecules and minerals from water by using pressure to push it through specialized membranes. The system improves water for drinking, cooking and other important uses.

A semipermeable membrane has small pores that block contaminants but allow water molecules to flow through. In osmosis, water becomes more concentrated as it passes through the membrane to obtain equilibrium on both sides. Reverse osmosis, however, blocks contaminants from entering the less concentrated side of the membrane. For example, when pressure is applied to a volume of saltwater during reverse osmosis, the salt is left behind and only clean water flows through.

How Does Reverse Osmosis Work?

The reverse osmosis purified water machine is to pass the raw water through fine filters, granular activated carbon filters, compressed activated carbon filters, etc. , and then pressurize it through a pump, a reverse osmosis membrane (ro membrane) with a pore size of 1/10000μm (1/6000 of the size of E. coli and 1/300 of the size of virus) was used to change the high concentration water into the low concentration water, at the same time, industrial pollutants, heavy metals, bacteria, viruses and other impurities mixed into the water are all isolated, so as to achieve the required physical and chemical indicators and health standards for drinking, and produce pure to pure water, it is the best choice for human body to replenish high-quality water in time. As reverse osmosis technology to produce water purity is currently mastered in all the water-making technology, almost 100% cleanliness, so people call this kind of water production machine for Ro pure water machine.

What IS REVERSE OSMOSIS

Here is the complete reverse osmosis process, including the pretreatment and post-treatment that is generally required for highly contaminated water:

A)Raw Water Storage Tank

If feed water inlet pressure don’t have 1-3 bar, then the Ro system can’t draw waer right out of a well or pipe feed.

so having a large storage tank for your intake water is an easy way to make sure your pump lasts for as long as possible.

B) Feed Water Pump

A commercial or industrial pump provides the initial pressure for the Treatment System.

All of our pump use high quality stainless steel 304 or 316 for long life usage.

C) Sand Filter

The sand filter system main remove all physical impurity larger than 10microns by quartz sand to fill into FRP tank.

D) Activated Carbon Filter

Activated carbon filters are a good solution to reduce organic, bad taste, smell and chlorine from the water.

E) Water Softener

water softeners are designed to remove water hardness, calcium and magnesium ions, for small RO systems.

F) Antiscalant Chemical Dosing System

For larger RO systems and hardness is very high, we use antiscalant dosing systems to dose antiscalant RO chemical, which helps in preventing membrane fouling.

G)Micron Filter System

Using 1or 5 micron PP filter cartridge to remove sediment and protect the membranes

H) Reverse Osmosis System

The reverse osmosis system can produce different capacity pure water per day. Usually the wastewater can be dumped down the drain, but check with your local water authorities in case it needs to be handled with care.

I)High Pressure Pump

The high pressure pump is very important, need to have 10-15bar pressure to repressurizes the permeate water to the point of use ends. This pump must be selected in stainless steel to prevent any contamination to the permeate water.

J) Product Water UV Sterilizer

The UV sterilizer is placed before/ after the storage tank, and as a final disinfection device.

K) CIP System

Usually for large capacity over 3000LPH will use CIP system.

It involves passing a cleaning fluid across a surface to remove product soils so that extend the membrane life time.

L) Product Water Storage Tank

The permeate water from the reverse osmosis system will usually go to a large tank, where it apply to use. If it didn’t, the system would need to be running in order to have access to fresh water, which can be inconvenient.

WHAT TYPES OF COMMERCIAL/INDUSTRIAL APPLICATIONS DO RO SYSTEMS SERVE?

If there is a need for water treatment, the reverse osmosis system is the best choice. Highly purified RO water and a wide range of applications requiring water treatment can be used in a variety of industries. Because industries require large amounts of water, reverse osmosis systems are often the ideal economic solution and consume less energy than most large-scale processes. Because they consume less energy, reverse osmosis systems are also often environmentally friendly solutions. RO AGUA helps you with municipal, commercial, or industrial water treatment needs.

Operation Procedure Of Reverse Osmosis Equipment

1, Before starting the machine, the operator should be familiar with the name and function of each instrument on the electronic control panel of the reverse osmosis main machine, the installation and circuit diagram of the instrument on the panel.

2, if the first start-up, you should open the activated carbon filter outlet pipe of the sewage valve, with the naked eye to observe the outlet, make sure that the water is clean without carbon powder in the water, close the sewage valve. Then open the lower drainage valve of the microporous membrane fine filter and close the drainage valve after the water quality is clean.

3, Check the pre-processing system of reverse osmosis equipment and the parts of the reverse osmosis main engine are normal, adjust the opening and closing state of each valve, so that the operation of the waterway is smooth.

4, normally open pressurized water pump inlet valve, slightly open water pump by-pass pipe backflow valve, opening to moderate.

5, Close the control valve on the sand filter bypass pipe and open the sand filter inlet valve and outlet valve. At the same time, close the control valve on the carbon filter bypass pipe and open the water inlet valve and water outlet valve of the carbon filter.

6, normally open reverse osmosis equipment thick water control valve, high-pressure pump throttle valve after adjustment to the moderate state.

7, Open the exhaust valve at the top of the filter and close the exhaust valve after the water pressure of the equipment has stabilized.

8, Turn four three-phase air switches and one single-phase air switch in the low-voltage distribution equipment and send electricity.

9, Plug the sand filter, carbon filter and automatic water softener into a 220 volt socket to turn the power on, then adjust the controller to operate.

10, reverse osmosis main electrical control panel ON the power switch, from OFF OFF to ON open position, power ON to make water inlet solenoid valve open, pressurized water pump and high-pressure water pump at the same time start.

11, When the power switch of reverse osmosis main engine is turned on, the settings in the microcomputer controller will open the flushing solenoid valve, and the reverse osmosis main engine will be automatically flushed. Every power off, start once, automatic flushing are carried out once. When the power is off, the timer cancels, reverts to zero position, and restarts the timer next time.

12, reverse osmosis equipment operation when the water pressure is lower than the low-voltage switch set value, low-voltage switch action, microcomputer controller inside the setting will host high-pressure pump off. When the water pressure resumes, the high-pressure pump of the main engine starts automatically.

13, After the main reverse osmosis machine is rinsed, adjust the throttle valve after the high pressure pump properly, the pressure of the control membrane feed water shall not exceed 15kg/CM2. At the same time adjust the concentration of water control valve to control the flow of pure water.
